My husband and I first worked with Sue Thomas in March, 2011. At a time when houses were not selling quickly, Sue managed to have a signed contract on our house within a week. The sale fell through but Sue had another buyer within a couple of days. She also assisted us with the purchase of our next home. It was an estate and the home was not even for sale yet but Sue was able to negotiate with the executor to make this happen.  The sale required Sue to work closely with all parties on the legal and personal issues involved. Her expertise and professionalism insured that the sale went through.  

The home we purchased needed to be totally remodeled however we had never done this before. Sue held our hands throughout the process. She recommended a home inspector, general contractor, and companies to design and rebuild the septic system. Every one of the recommended trades performed with the same pride in craftsmanship that we had come to know from Sue. The house turned out beautifully and we had no doubt that it was due to Sue’s invaluable assistance. 
It’s no wonder that I turned to Sue when my husband passed away a couple of years ago. I was unable to maintain the property and home we had remodeled. Sue contacted a handyman and a snow remover to help me out until I could move. At the same time, Sue represented me in the purchase of a home in a 55+ community that was being built. I received multiple offers on the home I was selling. Sue knew my situation and found the one buyer who was willing to wait to close until my new home was completed. It was a very difficult time for me but I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything because I had Sue representing me.  She is a knowledgeable professional who has her client’s best interests at heart. 

I currently live in the 55+ community. If the time comes when I need to move again, the only person I would call to represent me is Sue Thomas.

After 20 years in the same home, our family needs began to change. We decided to
investigate buying a new home. Travis, our son, kept going past a particular house for sale on
Mallory in The Groves of Hermosa Vista. It was a rainy day and on a whim we decided to call
the realtor, Sue Thomas of Mesa Verde Real Estate, shown on the listing sheet we pulled from
the yard sign. I told my family that if we could not reach the realtor we would just forget it. Much
to my surprise, Sue took our first call on that rainy Sunday morning and within half an hour we
